Well its been a while since I have actually run a proxy network. Its not the money thats a problem - I have figured out how to easily and successfully manage a profitable proxy network. Its the effort thats involved.
Don't be fooled, running a proxy network takes time and quite a bit of work. I also found it was an uphill struggle to find a decent host and I was always fighting a bandwidth battle - the more traffic, the more money, but the more bandwidth you use.
This costs!!
I am very tempted to get back into running a small proxy network. Even if I just have one site - that is kept updated and maintained I will be happy.
